All Australian domestic orders are shipped via E-Parcel with Signature. 'Authority to Leave' may be requested by the Receiver but is not recommended.

Shipping costs are as follows:
$9.95 AUD for orders within Australia under the value of $150 AUD.
FREE SHIPPING for orders within Australia valued at $150 AUD or above.

All online orders are processed and shipped via E-Parcel Post with signature daily Monday - Friday, if your order is placed before 11am it will be shipped the same day, however please note that this may be prolonged slightly during sale periods.

Domestic: Once shipped deliveries are generally between 1-5 days depending on which state you live in - we ship from Springwood, NSW.
International: Once shipped deliveries are generally between 7-14 days depending on which country you reside in and what their customs procedure is.


We hope you love your order, but if something wasn’t quite right rest assured you can return it to us within 10 days of receiving your order. All Returns must be accompanied by a returns form.

Free Returns for Store Credit:

We offer free domestic return shipping if you are returning any FULL PRICED items for a store credit. Please email us to request a Free Returns Label.
We will reply with a free shipping label for you to attach to your return.

Please note this option is for domestic orders within Australia only and ONLY if you are returning for STORE CREDIT. It is not available on any items purchased on sale or during any % off promotions.

Returns for refund:

We offer refunds on full priced items only.
Items purchased during any % off promotions qualify for STORE CREDIT only.
You will be required to cover the postage costs.
Returns are for refund or store credit ONLY. This can be noted on your returns form.
Items must be returned in same condition as when received and in the same packaging.

Sale or one-off promotional items

Returns are for store credit ONLY.

Faulty items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at [email] within 3 days of receiving your garment to organise return/replacement.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit through Australia Post, we cannot accept responsibility. All complaints are to be forwarded directly to Australia Post.

Return Delivery Method

Please note that we strongly suggest using a postage bag that has a tracking ID as we do not hold responsibility for items that go missing through the post.
If you are a local customer, or driving through the Blue Mountains, please feel free to drop it in to us in person. The same returns requirements apply.

Processing of returns

Returns are processed on a weekly basis. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. You will be refunded by the same method with which you paid, excluding the original shipping charges. All postage costs for refunded items is at the responsibility of the customer.


We will gladly exchange your item, however please note the cost of return postage must be paid by you.


If your package is returned to us due to an error you have entered in the address field we will need to charge a re-delivery fee of $9.95 for domestic orders or $25 for international orders to resend your order to you. This is to cover the cost of charges we incur from e-parcel on return to sender items.

*PLEASE NOTE - No refunds will be issued on return to sender items. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been returned to sender then a store credit will be issued minus the original postage costs.
