How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is $9.95 AUD for orders within Australia under the value of $150 AUD.

FREE SHIPPING for orders within Australia valued at $150 AUD or above.

How long will it take to ship and receive my order?

All online orders are processed and shipped by Express Post daily Monday-Friday. If your order is placed before 11am it will be shipped the same day, however please note that this may be prolonged slightly during sale periods.

Domestic: Once shipped deliveries are generally between 1-2 days depending on which state you live in. All items are shipped from Springwood, NSW.

Can I pick up an online order in store?

Yes of course! If you are a local, or driving through the Blue Mountains, please write a note in your order stating your intention to pick up in store and which day. We will then refund your shipping for you.

Can I return an online order in store?

Yes, as long as your return complies with our Returns Policy.

How can I track my item?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel.

What currency is used online?

All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Do you offer Returns?

Yes we offer returns on all garments except for final clearance pieces. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.

Do you offer Exchanges?

Yes, we are happy to offer exchanges, however please note that return postage is to be paid by you. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

What do I do if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

Mistakes are occasionally made by us or our suppliers. If this happens to you, we're really sorry! If you believe your item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item please contact us so we can fix this for you ASAP.

How can I use a Hippy Collective Gift Voucher/Promo Code?

Gift Vouchers and Promo Codes may be entered in the checkout.

Simply type in your code and click “apply" and your discount will be automatically applied to your order.

Do you have a Size Guide?

No, we don't have a size guide. Please contact us for help with sizing.

Rest assured that if your purchase doesn't fit you perfectly or you're not 100% happy with it you are welcome to return it to us as long as it adheres to our Returns Policy.

Where is your store?

You'll find us in Springwood in the Blue Mountains, West of Sydney. Our address is 228-230 Macquarie Road, Springwood NSW 2777. We're just opposite Springwood train station. Plenty of street parking is available.

Can I use more than one discount code on an order?

Unfortunately you can only input one discount code at a time.

Is Gift Wrapping available?

Free gift wrapping is available for all online orders. Please request gift wrapping in the comments section on checkout when finalising your order. We will make sure all price tags are removed.

Can I pay with my credit card?

Yes! Proceed as normal through checkout to complete your order. It will prompt you for your credit card details. If you are having any issues please contact us. We're here to help!
